Galway City and County Councils are providing Christmas Tree recycling services at multiple locations this week.
in Galway City households can recycle their Christmas trees at the two City Council Depots; Hunters Depot, Lough Rusheen on the Barna Road and at Merlin Woods Depot in Doughiska.
This will be available each day from 9am to 3pm on Monday, January 6 through to Saturday, January 11.
Galway County Council is also offering a recycling service for Christmas trees until Sauturday, January 11.

This free service for domestic householders will be available during normal working hours.
