Two streets in Galway City Centre will be closed for two nights at the start of next month to allow building work to take place.
Market Street and Abbeygate Street Upper will both be shut on the nights of Monday, July 1 and Tuesday, July 2.
The streets will be shut from the junction of Market Street / Bowling Green to the junction of Abbeygate Street Upper / Bowling Green from 7pm to 6am each night.
The road closure is being put in place to facilitate repairs to the roof, new fascia, and soffits, as well as for painting the external facade of Electric Nightclub and Abbeygate House.
A temporary diversion route will be in place via Bowling Green during this time.
Localised access and access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times.
